Coaching Leaders Case

Executive Leader

Coached a senior leader seeking to lead more authentically, develop stronger teams and build a more inclusive culture.  Engagement included team-wide Gallup Strengths assessment; individual coaching sessions focused on problem solving and developing key management skills; team-wide training in strengths-based communication.

New Managers

Coached a new manager on building, supervising and improving overall team communication and performance.  Multi-session phone support included strengths assessment for the team; extended individual coaching sessions focused on problem-solving and strengthening key practices. 

Learning Cohort

Co-designed and piloted curriculum to address need for low-cost, peer-supported learning. Researched best practices in course design, identified and vetted participants, and evaluated solicited feedback.  Results included a tool for bringing a DEI lens to evidence work, a cohort of diverse non profit leaders  outcomes.
