to step forward into growth or step back into safety."

Retreats & Support
Whether intentional or uninvited, change is hard for leaders, managers, and teams. More often than not, change causes unexpected disruption that fails employees, clients, and partners alike. We work with leaders and teams to flip the script on transition by anchoring clients in their strengths to support learning, growth, and impact.
Using Gallup StrengthsFinder assessments, other tools, and custom frameworks, we bring an asset-based approach that builds the self-management, team collaboration, and trusted communication that adaptation and growth demands.

Strengths-Based Training
Customized strengths-based trainings that provide teams with asset-based language, frameworks, and practice for effective collaboration, elevated engagement, and increased impact. Assessments, workbooks, and a year-long weekly e-course are standard.

courses & cohorts
Teams, C-suite, senior leaders, and boards benefit from having focused time and frameworks to navigate challenges and change. Retreats are rooted in strengths-based learning and customized to meet specific team objectives and growth.
